Job Title: AI/ML Model Training Engineer (Foundational Models)


Any graduate / B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and train foundational AI/ML models using large-scale datasets.
• Fine-tune pre-trained foundation models and LLMs for domain-specific applications and improved performance.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Implement distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, and model performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor, validate, and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and deep learning technologies.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in training foundational models and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with distributed training, GPU/accelerator-based computing, and model optimization.
• Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, Transformer architectures, and model evaluation techniques.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML model development and training.
