Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations along with client coordination responsibilities. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management with international clients while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes across locations.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring across multiple locations
  • Handle job postings, candidate sourcing through portals, references, social media, and recruitment agencies
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including offer release, documentation, induction, account setup, and policy orientation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, performance management, compliance activities, and exit formalities
  • Manage full & final settlements, employee confirmations, probation reviews, and joining formalities
  • Coordinate with management, finance, admin teams, and department heads for smooth HR operations
  • Prepare HR reports, employee letters, policy munication, and documentation management
  • Manage client coordination activities for international clients and ensure smooth communication and support
  • Coordinate courier activities, printing requirements, gifting arrangements, and operational support for client projects
  • Handle client queries, stakeholder coordination, and maintain strong business relationships
  • Support event execution, travel bookings, meetings, logistics management, and project coordination
  • Prepare cost analysis, budget tracking, and expense management for client activities and events

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Hiring closure timelines and recruitment efficiency
  • Employee onboarding completion and documentation accuracy
  • Employee retention and engagement support metrics
  • HR process adherence and compliance management
  • Client satisfaction and operational delivery timelines
  • Accuracy in payroll coordination and HR records management
  • Timely execution of events, meetings, and client requirements
