Team Lead- Architect

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Master Planning and Concept Development:
Lead the master planning process for architectural projects, from initial concept
development to finalization, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives,
and regulatory standards.

2. Architectural Design Excellence:
Oversee the architectural design process, integrating innovative design solutions with
functional requirements and aesthetic considerations to deliver high-quality, visually
appealing projects.

3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide leadership and guidance to architectural teams, fostering collaboration, and
facilitating effective communication to ensure seamless project execution and achievement
of design objectives.

4. Design Innovation and Research:
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design,
conducting research and experimentation to incorporate innovative approaches and
sustainable solutions into projects.

5. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and
expectations, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle to ensure
client satisfaction and retention.

6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that architectural designs meet industry
standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications, conducting regular reviews
and audits to identify and address any deviations.

7. Professional Development and Mentoring:
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the architectural team,
providing mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for skill enhancement to support
individual growth and career progression.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
● Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in architectural design
● Experience in High Rise Apartments/ Office Spaces/ IT/ Healthcare/ Hotels
● Must have handled a team
