Job Description:
A Marketing Executive for a jewellery brand is responsible for driving brand awareness, executing promotional campaigns, and supporting sales targets for fine, fashion, or bespoke jewellery. They bridge the gap between consumer trends and retail operations, managing both digital strategies and in-store marketing activities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor both offline (print, billboard) and digital marketing campaigns (social media, email) targeting specific demographics. [1, 2, 3]
- Event & Exhibition Coordination: Plan and promote in-store events, trunk shows, seasonal collection launches, and participation in jewellery trade exhibitions. [1, 2, 3]
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior, track industry trends, and monitor competitor marketing strategies to identify market gaps. [1, 2, 3]
- Content Creation: Collaborate with design and photography teams to oversee visual collateral, including catalogues, look-books, and social media imagery. [1, 2]
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with the retail sales team to develop in-store promotional offers, client development plans, and customer retention programs. [1, 2, 3]
- Public Relations (PR): Cultivate relationships with fashion influencers, bloggers, and local media to enhance brand visibility. [1, 2]
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, ideally within the luxury, retail, or jewellery sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic graphic design/content creation.
