Role: Key Account Manager (Business Development)
Job Type: ON CONTARCT
Duration: THE CONTRACT IS FOR 1 YEAR.
Payroll company: TALISMAN.
Location: Remote/Pune
Education: Engineering background in Electronics / Electrical, MBA in Business Administration
Objective (The main purpose of the position)
To drive pipeline development and revenue growth for BESS at C&I sector by identifying opportunities with Solar EPC’s (BTM, Rooftop), Industrial automation DC Bus integrators, Textile, Hospitals, Warehousing etc, delivering customised energy storage solutions, aligned with cost savings to achieve revenue targets
Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)
- Pipeline development
- To meet Revenue generation targets
- Bid preparation
- Solution selling
- Customer engagement and relationship management
- Cross functional coordination
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends
- Identify system integrators, channel
- Travelling to customer location and talk about our product
Competence (Skills, knowledge, experience and attributes required)
Knowledge: Understanding BESS architecture, Bid process, C&I Energy consumption pattern, Competitive market knowledge
Skills: Solution selling, Bid management, Relationship skills, Communication
