Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Assistant Manager / Manager – Technical Sales to drive business growth across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Vijayawada regions. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Laboratory Instruments, Weighing Solutions, PLC Handling, Product Inspection Systems, and Industrial Sales. The role involves managing sales operations, customer relationships, dealer networks, and technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet existing customers and manage customer relationships.
- Handle inquiries generated by the sales team and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Technical Sales Support
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Provide application-based technical solutions to customers.
- Support product installations and commissioning activities.
- Address customer technical queries and provide product recommendations.
Team & Office Management
- Manage office operations and coordinate with sales teams.
- Supervise and support sales executives and channel partners.
- Ensure effective communication between customers, dealers, and internal departments.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Coordinate with dealers for lead generation, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Build and strengthen dealer relationships across the assigned territory.
- Drive dealer performance and market expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude with customer-facing experience.
Desired Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Laboratory Instruments, or Weighing Equipment.
- Experience in PLC handling, Product Inspection Systems, or Industrial Automation products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
