Job Description:
- Identify, approach, and onboard cement plants, paper mills, and industrial units as AFR/RDF customers
- Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and supply agreements with industrial buyers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to invoice collection
- Coordinate with plant teams to ensure timely dispatch and quality compliance of RDF/SRF material
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes affecting AFR demand
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue dashboards
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and government workshops to build network
- Support business development for new AFR verticals including co-processing opportunities
- Coordinate with billing and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical) or MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Experience: 3–8 years of B2B industrial sales experience; experience in cement, energy, or waste management sectors strongly preferred Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of RDF/SRF quality parameters (calorific value, moisture, ash content)
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple key accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
