Job Description:

DETAILED KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inward Material Management
Verify daily incoming materials against Delivery Challans (DC), Purchase Orders (PO), and MOUs to
ensure quantity and specification accuracy.
Perform systematic physical verification, identification, and labeling of raw, packing, and consumable
materials upon receipt.
Complete Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in the SAP system promptly after QC clearance.
2. Inventory Control & Issuance
Oversee material issuance to production departments strictly as per approved requisitions and following
FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) principles.
Maintain real-time stock updation in SAP and conduct periodic physical stock verification to ensure zero
variance.
Manage the storage environment to prevent degradation or contamination of sensitive materials.

3. Gate Pass & Logistics Coordination
Manage and track Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Passes (RGP/NRGP) and maintain a follow-up
log for returnable items.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle booking and handle all dispatch-related documentation.
Oversee smooth inward and outward movement of materials, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain meticulously updated store records, stock registers, and daily reports for management review.
Ensure all documentation is audit-ready at all times for internal and external quality audits.
Enforce strict housekeeping standards (5S) and safety compliance within the warehouse area.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
System Proficiency: Robust working knowledge of SAP (Modules for GRN, material issue, and
inventory management).
Technical Skill: Deep understanding of inventory control techniques and warehouse management
systems.
Communication: Strong coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams like Production, QC,
and Accounts.

QUALIFICATION & ATTRIBUTES
Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in manufacturing store operations.
Competencies: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a system-oriented working approach.
