Job Description:

Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
Attend and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime
Maintain and repair equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, reactors, valves, and pipelines
Monitor and maintain utility systems like boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and air compressors
Perform routine inspection of machines and equipment for smooth operation
Coordinate with production and store departments for maintenance support and spare parts
Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and daily activity reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, LOTO, SOPs)
Participate in shutdown and preventive maintenance schedules
Support improvement activities to increase equipment efficiency and reliability
