Key Responsibilities
- Core Responsibilities
- Calendar & Priority Management: Optimizing schedules to align with the founder’s strategic goals, gatekeeping time, and managing meetings across time zones. [1, 2]
- Communications & PR: Drafting emails, preparing briefing documents, and acting as the primary liaison between the founder and external/internal stakeholders. [1, 2, 3]
- Strategic Execution: Tracking action items, managing project deadlines, and attending meetings to prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM). [1, 2, 3]
- Travel & Operations: Coordinating complex domestic/international itineraries, vendor management, and occasionally handling personal administrative tasks. [1, 2]
- Discretion & Trust: The ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential business and personal information.
- Agility: Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment that requires quick pivots and multitasking.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted scheduling or task management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication to accurately reflect the founder’s voice
