SECURITY OFFICER FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Access & Gate Control: Verify credentials and issue gate passes for visitors, contractors, and transport vehicles. [1]
• Material Tracking: Inspect delivery challans against incoming raw materials (e.g., steel coils) and outgoing finished goods to prevent pilferage. [1, 2]
• Plant Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems, perimeter alarms, and security automation across warehouses and loading docks. [1]
• Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the plant to identify security risks, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions. [1, 2]
• Emergency & Safety Response: Act as a first responder during fires or industrial accidents; maintain fire protection systems and coordinate with local emergency services.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation is highly preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in industrial or plant security, with prior experience in a steel or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work in demanding, high-temperature industrial environments.
• Skills: Knowledge of fire safety protocols, material management systems (like SAP), and basic computer literacy. [1, 2, 3]

• Environment: Physically demanding, typically split between indoor guardrooms, CCTV control rooms, and outdoor/warehouse patrols.
• Schedule: Full-time hours, often requiring shift rotations (including night shifts) to ensure 24/7 facility coverage
