Job Description:
- Assist in concepts, schematic design and client presentations.
- Research of relevant case studies and local competition projects.
- Review of schematic, detailed and working drawings.
- Documentation & tracking of all design related documents.
- Extraction & tabulation of data like areas, FSI and parking calculation.
- Co-ordination with design consultants.
- Assist in internal co-ordination and presentations.
- Assist in liaisoning related work i.e. plan pass checking, documentation etc.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Educational Qualification: B. Arch
- Skill in drafting architectural plans.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, and site requirements.
- Experience of working on Commercial, Residential Projects, Master planning projects.
- Proficient in software like CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop.
- Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal.
