Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Drive direct sales of diamonds/jewellery through Rapaport Trade and other digital B2B platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Manage inquiries, convert leads, and deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 
 
 
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in diamond/jewellery sales (B2B).
  • Proven track record in online sales, preferably via Rapaport Trade.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
