Accounts Executive - Mumbai (Masjid Bunder)
Job Description:
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle banking activities
• Process vendor payments and maintain payment records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits
• Maintain financial records, invoices, and documentation
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with operational teams
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally
🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ B.Com M.Com
✅ Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry preferred
✅ Knowledge of banking operations and audit processes
✅ Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
