Experience: 5 to 7 Years

POSITION PURPOSE
The IT Support Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day End-User Support (EUS) operations and
resolving routine IT service calls at our plant location. The primary objective is to maximize infrastructure
uptime and ensure that users across all administrative and production blocks receive technical assistance
within a minimal timeframe.

DETAILED KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End-User Support (EUS) & Hardware Maintenance
• Provide robust, multi-tier technical support for end-user computer hardware including corporate desktops,
laptops, multi-function printers, scanners, and standard peripherals.
• Perform complete on-site assistance during the lifecycle management of end-user assets—including
deploying, testing, configuring, upgrading, and dismantling systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot corporate communication assets, including landline telephone setups, VoIP
devices, and employee cellular devices.
2. Operating Systems & Software Deployment
• Handle end-to-end clean installations, migrations, and patch configurations for Windows operating
systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11).
• Deploy, optimize, and resolve issues related to core business applications and office suites, specifically
Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications.

• Manage endpoint security systems by installing, updating, and troubleshooting corporate anti-virus
applications to mitigate security risks.
3. Passive Networking & Infrastructure Operations
• Diagnose and efficiently resolve critical network-level bottlenecks including Local Area Network (LAN)
disconnection issues, network access permission faults, internet downtime, and internal mail flow
disruptions.
• Demonstrate practical execution skills in structured cabling tasks, including precise LAN cable crimping,
I/O termination, network rack dressing, and professional cable tagging.
4. Systems Administration (Windows Server 2022 Framework)

• Execute daily system administration tasks within the Active Directory infrastructure, specifically domain-
joining client workstations to the Windows Server 2022 environment.

• Demonstrate operational familiarity with centralized User Management systems and Group Policy
Objects (GPOs) to maintain client-side compliance.
• Manage Microsoft Outlook deployment, configuration, profile migrations, email backup architectures,
and local PST archive backup and data recovery workflows.
5. Asset Control, CCTV Surveillance & Documentation
• Establish strict configuration controls and maintain an accurate up-to-date physical inventory of all IT
assets, software keys, networking spares, and active licenses.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and routine tracking of the plant security
infrastructure, covering both Analog and IP-based CCTV surveillance setups.
• Meticulously organize, compile, and update statutory internal IT manuals, compliance logs, hardware
change registers, and operational files.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE CRITERIA
• Geographical Preference: Candidates residing locally within a radius of 25 km to 50 km from the
Nandasan plant location will be given distinct priority to ensure immediate availability during operational
critical needs.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving capability, urgency-driven approach to close service tickets, and
strict adherence to documentation discipline.
