About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join a leading global networking and telecommunications technology company. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical representative for the India office and act as the bridge between customers and the global engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Technical Support
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers in India.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with global engineering teams for resolution.
- Act as the communication bridge between customers and headquarters to ensure timely issue resolution.
Product Testing & Validation
- Manage product samples and support customer evaluation activities.
- Conduct product installation, testing, and validation in customer laboratory environments.
- Execute test scenarios and document results accurately.
- Collect and analyze technical logs, test reports, and system performance data.
Technical Coordination
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and customer feedback summaries.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to address customer requirements.
- Support product interoperability testing and certification-related activities.
Infrastructure & Lab Management
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot local test environments and networking equipment.
- Manage laboratory infrastructure and testing devices.
- Provide basic IT support and technical administration as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Technical Support
- Network Support
- Field Application Engineering (FAE)
- Product Support Engineering
- Software Quality Engineering (SQE)
- Telecom Testing
- Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP Networking
- Routing & Switching
- Broadband Technologies
- GPON Networks
- Wi-Fi Technologies
- Network Troubleshooting
- Experience with:
- Product Testing & Validation
- Technical Documentation
- Log Analysis
- Customer Support Activities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Business-level English communication (written and verbal).

- Experience working with networking equipment manufacturers or telecom companies.
- Knowledge of:
