Key Result Area for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

1. Strategic
• To assist in developing HR strategies in line with the changing needs of the organisation in consultation with the top management
• Align the objectives of HR department with the business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
2. Operational
• Recruitment: Responsible for staff recruitment, scheduling interviews and closing positions, maintaining upto date job descriptions, etc
Job Responsibilities
• Induction: Introduction of new employee to UEE culture. Basic Induction training to be given and product training for new employees to be arranged.
• Training & Development - identify employee training needs; manage the training programs, maintain training records and map training effectiveness
HR & Admin Manager
• Full employee lifecycle: attendance and leave management, Exit formalities and exit interviews.
• Performance management: to assist in implementing the performance management system
• Statutory compliance: Assist in PF, ESIC, Pension documentation & compliance
• Grievance Management: Help resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Medical Insurance: Coordinating employee medical insurance procedure, documentation etc
• Maintain good relations with factory workers
3. Administrative
• Oversee day to day admin at Dadar office
• Coordination with service vendors - IT support, Telecom, equipment maintenance, etc
• Manage and keep a track of employee laptops, business cards, company shirts/T-shirts, etc
• Anchor company events like festivals, team outings, annual sales event (travel, venue, activities, giveaways, awards), etc
4. Management Reporting
• Submit weekly reports on tasks and duties
• Prepare a summary of recruitment efficiency and expenses
Qualification & Experience
● Graduate + MBA (HR)
● 8 - 10 years of experience of handling HR & Admin function in a manufacturing MSME
● Exposure and experience of handling PF, ESIC and other statutory documentation
● Should have knowledge and experience of handling Performance Management System
