Senior Architect
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
•Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings.
•Lead project design coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
•Prepare presentations, design reports, and client proposals.
•Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
•Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
•Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
•Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
•Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Ai software
Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in design development and project management.
• Excellent communication
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Additional Details :
•Designation – Sr Architect
•Number of Vacancies – 1
•Qualification – Architect Degree
•Work Timings – 9am to 5pm
•Working Days – 6 days (1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday off) (2nd ,4th , & 5th Saturday working)
•Work Location – Grant Road 5 mins walkable distance
•Other Employee Benefits – 24 days leaves PL after conformation
