Hiring Senior Sales Executive in Odisha , Telangana , Bihar Location

Job Description:

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate lead and develop new business Opportunities
• Build strong relationship with stack holders
• Develop and expand dealer, distributor, contractor, and project customer networks.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Promote PVC, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, and other pipe products to customers.
• Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and projects.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and end users.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical and product-related support to customers.

Market Analysis

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.

Sales Operations

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

• Experience in handling dealers, distributors, and project sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the Pipe Industry, Building Materials, Plumbing Products, or related manufacturing sector.

Industry: Pipe Manufacturing / PVC, HDPE, CPVC, UPVC Pipes

Education: Any Graduate

Salary: Negotiable
