Job Description:
- Work Location: Delhi and Gujrat (Remote)
- Days of working - Monday to Friday
- Work Off - Saturday and Sunday
- Shift timings - 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and expand business opportunities with PSU refineries such as IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, ONGC, GAIL, and private refineries including Reliance, Nayara, and MRPL.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies and OEMs involved in refinery and petrochemical projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, project leads, and upcoming tenders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, order bookings, and revenue objectives.
Tendering & Order Management
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and techno-commercial proposals for refinery projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, costing, and procurement teams for accurate offer preparation.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
- Support order finalization, contract review, and project handover to execution teams.
Customer & Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, EPCs, OEMs, and internal departments.
- Participate in technical discussions, commercial meetings, pre-bid meetings, and vendor interactions.
- Coordinate with project execution teams during engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and dispatch stages.
- Address customer concerns related to technical clarifications, documentation, delivery schedules, and commercial matters.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, refinery expansion projects, and industry developments.
- Maintain an updated database of customers, projects, and opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and strategic inputs to management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of refinery processes, equipment, and industrial packages.
- Excellent techno-commercial acumen and sales negotiation skills.
- Experience handling PSU procurement systems, GeM Portal, CPPP, and e-tendering platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage key accounts and multiple projects.
Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in valves, instrumentation, rotating equipment, process packages, skids, or refinery equipment.
- Established relationships with leading EPC companies such as L&T, EIL, Technip, Toyo, Samsung, and similar organizations.
- Proven track record in order booking, business development, and key account management within the Oil & Gas industry.
