A strong understanding of regional and state level political landscapes is essential for this role.

Role Overview:
We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals with proven expertise and a strong interest in primary research and qualitative analysis. The role involves conducting meaningful interactions and surveys with diverse stakeholders to gather, process and analyze data related to socio economic and political aspects across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with social, economic, political and governmental developments.
• Conduct interactive discussions with stakeholders such as teachers, government employees, sarpanch/ municipal members, retired professionals, doctors and social workers.
• Manage end to end data collection, compilation and analysis.
• Derive insights from primary research activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of Kannada and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Law, Economics, Statistics, Mass Communication, Science, Social Sciences or Social Work.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in primary research, data analysis, operations, workforce management, sales or business development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
