Job Description:
  • Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of distributors and dealers across assigned territories
  • Analyze business potential, conceptualizing & executing sales and pricing strategies to drive sales
  • Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/TSMs/FOs, monitoring the performance towards individual targets & business goals
  • Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations
  • Drive P&L for the business by designing and achieving performance matrices to enhance overall productivity and profitability
  • Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed, Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
  • Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work
  • Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
