Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Territory Manager to drive business growth for the organisation's Cardiology portfolio within the assigned territory. The incumbent will collaborate with interventional cardiologists, Cath Lab teams, hospital procurement departments, and channel partners to generate demand, provide clinical support during procedures, and achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Expand business across corporate hospitals, government institutions, and nursing homes.
  • Identify new accounts and market opportunities.
  • Drive product evaluations and conversions.

Clinical Support

  • Assist physicians during Cath Lab procedures.
  • Provide technical and clinical support during interventions.
  • Support product demonstrations and trials.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of products.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with cardiologists and Cath Lab staff.
  • Coordinate with distributors and purchasing teams.
  • Participate in tenders and commercial discussions.

Territory Management

  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Conduct CMEs and educational programs.
  • Ensure timely collections.

 

Experience: 1+ years

Industry: Pharma

Working days: 6 days working

 

It would be a contractual role and can be extended on evaluation
