Job Description:
- Assist in managing day-to-day plant operations and departmental activities.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, stores, and administration teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
- Support production planning, resource allocation, and manpower management activities.
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Supervise and guide team members to maintain operational discipline and performance.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues affecting productivity.
- Coordinate with senior management for execution of business and operational objectives.
- Assist in cost control, inventory management, and optimization of resources.
- Candidates with experience in steel, power, manufacturing, or industrial operations preferred.
