Operations & Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities to support business services, operations, and administrative activities in a front-office environment.

About the Role

This role focuses on operational execution, reporting, coordination, and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and MIS using Excel and Power BI.
  • Create and update presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for daily business activities.
  • Support underwriting and finance teams with data, documentation, and coordination.
  • Track tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for reporting and operational requirements.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  • Support overall branch operations and office administration.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper organization of data and documents.
  • Identify and support process improvements and workflow enhancements.

About the Team

The team supports underwriting and finance functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations. It focuses on coordination, execution, reporting, and maintaining organized workflows across business activities.

Requirements

  • Graduate or above.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, MIS, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of finance reporting will be an added advantage.

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
