Job Description:

Role: Customer Care Service Executive

Gender: Male/Female

Work Time: 9:30 A.M To 6 P.M

Working Days: Monday To Saturday

Work Location: Sewri, Mumbai.

Experience: 2 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure AMC services are scheduled, allotted, and completed as per contract terms.
  • Coordinate with customers via phone and email to schedule service appointments.
  • Maintain and update service reports, job cards, and service entries in the software system.
  • Prepare MIS reports and service-related documentation as required.
  • Follow up with service teams and customers to ensure timely service completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the service industry; HVAC service experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills in phone and email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and customer service skills.
