Job Description:

 

  • Greet and engage customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Present and explain the product range, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Prepare product quotations/estimates and complete sales transactions accurately.
  • Achieve assigned category-wise sales targets.
  • Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and repair requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Adhere to all store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Maintain accurate daily stock records, including opening and closing stock, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Safely transfer and secure stock at the end of each business day.
  • Monitor product safety on the shop floor and promptly report any suspected theft or inventory discrepancies.
  • Track slow-moving and dead stock and coordinate with the Store Manager to minimize inventory holding.
  • Support Marketing, Visual Merchandising (VM), and other internal teams in executing store campaigns and maintaining brand standards.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with peers and competitors to stay updated on industry best practices and improve store operations.
  • Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments, including Merchandising and Retail Operations, to support continuous improvement in customer experience and store performance.
  • Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally in line with company policies and service standards.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate authority when required.
  • Ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Achievement of individual and category-wise sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and service quality scores.
  • Revenue growth and conversion rate.
  • Compliance with store policies and SOPs.
  • Inventory accuracy and stock management efficiency.
  • Effective handling of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Store presentation and operational excellence.
