MDM Executive

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
 Manage vendor verification and approval processes in Ariba for vendor creation and
master data updates.
 Handle customer verification and approval processes in IBM Product Master for
customer creation and updates.
 Ensure seamless integration of vendor and customer master data with SAP S/4HANA
and various downstream systems.
 Identify and prevent duplicate master data records across systems.
 Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate system changes.
 Maintain strong master data governance, data quality, and control.
 Validate compliance and regulatory documents to ensure adherence to organizational
policies.
 Ensure all activities are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
 Prepare and share MIS reports as per requirement of stakeholders & management.
 Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to
resolve data-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
 Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
 Mandatory: Prior experience working with Ariba + SAP (MDM module).
 Experience in IBM Product Master is an added advantage.
 Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), governance, and
validation processes.
 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
 Understanding of compliance documentation and data quality control.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
