Job Description:

Key Responsibilities • Responsible for Sales Targets, collection and Business Development. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region • Identification & Appointment of Distributors in untapped and existing areas and develop distributors • Channel Sales Management, address queries and concerns/resolution of disputes of distributors and Developing relationships with Distributors Implementstrategies for market penetration and extraction by identifying and influencing prospective Distributors /Dealers Develop a PJP and Beat Plan to cover the market & suggest corrective plans • Showcase Leadership, Team Managementto motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales Budgeting • Effective Accounts Receivables management, Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding • Data Management/ Sales Reports / MIS • Sales Promotion Activities. • Drive New Product launch, Placement & right Mix • Collect, capture and convey feedback to HO on all aspects of the business (including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas,supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.) across channel, users, influencers, field employees Responsible forstocks and inventories atthe distributor level and accordingly coordinate with SCM • Supervise and ensure training (product,systems and sales training) of all field employees in the region
