Job Description:

Duties & responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for automation products, focusing on PLC, HMI, Servo, and VFD solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals tailored to each client's needs.

Technical Support & Consultation:

  • Provide expert technical advice on PLCs, HMIs, Servo motors, and VFD applications.
  • Assist clients with selecting appropriate automation solutions, taking into consideration both technical and budgetary constraints.
  • Work closely with the technical team to address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-sale support as needed.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the automation space.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential product enhancements.

Proposal & Project Management:

  • Prepare detailed quotations, technical proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure sales.
  • Oversee project implementation phases and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Education, professional (skills) and language skills

       Engineering Graduate Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Diploma with 3-4 years of experience

                   

  1. Work experience requirements / Experience in specific working area

   2-4  years of relevant experience engineering industry in  active sales , should have knowledge about sales & demographic knowledge

 

  1. Technical Skills:

Proficient in automation and control systems, with strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI configuration, Servo motor control, and VFD applications. Familiarity with brands and platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider) is preferred.

        

  1. Special knowledge and abilities / characteristics

            Microsoft Office, Should be able to co relate various Industrial news with ATPL business model
