  • SO should have each and every detail of the store team and should maintain the same in a red book
  • Should have good relationship with the store team.
  • Should have the influential skills to enable to generate new PO’s
  • Planogram
  • Should implement category wise plangram at the store level
  • Should ensure good visibility of the available stocks
  • Availability
  • Should ensure at least 85% availability of the stocks
  • Offer execution
  • All offer to be properly executed with all the necessary announcers and good secondary visibility
  • Stock tracker
  • Promoter Management
