AGM MANAGER FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production, quality, and business targets.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, stores, and administration teams for seamless operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage manpower planning, team development, performance monitoring, and employee engagement activities.
• Review operational reports, MIS data, and key performance indicators for informed decision-making.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and optimization of operational resources.
• Resolve critical operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
• Candidates with extensive experience in steel plants, power plants, or large-scale manufacturing industries preferred.
