SHIFT INCHARGE TECHNICIAN FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• upervise and manage shift-wise plant operations to ensure smooth production and maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure uninterrupted operation during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, electrical, and mechanical teams for efficient plant functioning.
• Handle troubleshooting of operational issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, operational targets, and quality standards.
• Supervise technicians, operators, and shift personnel to maintain discipline and productivity.
• Maintain shift logs, operational records, and daily performance reports accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and plant systems.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as required.
• Report major operational issues and shift performance updates to senior management.
• Candidates with experience in steel plants, power plants, or industrial manufacturing operations
