Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review calibration schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain master lists, calibration records, and ensure schedule compliance.
  • Manage instrumentation spare inventory and ensure availability of critical materials.
  • Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities and verify service reports.
  • Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance to minimize plant downtime.
  • Close deviations with CAPA using QC tools and ensure audit/statutory compliance.
  • Review shift logbooks, work permits, maintenance records, DCS interlocks, and alarm documentation.
  • Drive safety initiatives, including BBSI and adherence to plant safety procedures.
