Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review calibration schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain master lists, calibration records, and ensure schedule compliance.
- Manage instrumentation spare inventory and ensure availability of critical materials.
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities and verify service reports.
- Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance to minimize plant downtime.
- Close deviations with CAPA using QC tools and ensure audit/statutory compliance.
- Review shift logbooks, work permits, maintenance records, DCS interlocks, and alarm documentation.
- Drive safety initiatives, including BBSI and adherence to plant safety procedures.
