Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage customer support, email communication, customer service activities, and vendor coordination. The role involves resolving customer queries efficiently, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer queries and service-related concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and provide updates on ongoing requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and maintain customer records, reports, and communication logs.
• Ensure accurate and professional email communication with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and assist in improving customer service processes.

Requirements:
• Any Graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
• Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or coordination roles will be an added advantage.
