Graphic Designer (2D)

Job Description:

Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality graphic designs across digital and print platforms that align with project goals, client branding, and NeoNiche’s creative benchmarks, ensuring a visually cohesive and impactful brand experience.

Key Responsibilities / Accountability
 Concept Development & Visual Ideation: Translate creative briefs into compelling design concepts by understanding brand messaging, target audiences, and communication objectives across formats.
 Multi-format Design Execution: Design high-quality visual assets such as event collaterals, posters, invites, logos, digital mailers, static videos, signage, branding, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
 Collaborative Ideation & Concept Building: Work closely with the creative, content, and business teams to brainstorm visual concepts, contribute to campaign themes, and present design directions.
 File Management & Delivery Readiness: Maintain organized source files, version control, and prepare print- and screen-ready outputs as per technical specifications.
 Feedback Integration & Iteration: Incorporate team and client feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines, preserving the integrity of the original creative concept.

Required Qualifications & Experience
 Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
 1–4 years of relevant design experience in event, advertising, or creative agencies
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
 Strong portfolio showcasing multi-format creative work
