Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for an organized professional to handle client operations, CRM updates, documentation, entries, email communication, and coordination activities in the Mutual Fund and Insurance domain. The candidate should have good MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth client servicing.
Job descriptions:
1. Adding, Updating and maintaining CRM records, client data onboarding, Mutual Fund entries , Insurance entries, NFT ticket creation entries.
2. Downloading SOA (Statements of Account) from respective platforms.
3. Drafting Mutual Fund (MF) , NFT, Insurance related emails daily basis.
4. Preparing maintaining forms, filing acknowledgements, and client documentation.
5. Handling courier dispatch and maintaining courier registers and records.
6. Creating renewal intimation messages of Mutual funds and insurance via WhatsApp.
7. On field visits for document collection/ submission as a Back up when required.
8. Client Calling for business purposes
9. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on pending cases.
11. Knowledge about Mutual Fund Industry & Insurance.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office Only (No Work From Home)
