Hiring: Senior Recruiter

📍 Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 7 PM 8Hrs| 🗓️ Mon–Fri (Weekends Off)
📅 Experience: 5+ Years (Preferably from Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Industry) 
💰 Salary: Best in Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and stakeholder communication.
• Lead offer negotiations and candidate closures.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Mentor junior recruiters and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Stakeholder Management.
• Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
