Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Employee Records

Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave, and statutory documents.

Manage Recruitment Process

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new employees.

Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC)

Monitor and coordinate Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC compliance, ensuring timely documentation and statutory submissions.

Attendance Management

Maintain daily attendance records, monitor employee punctuality, and prepare attendance data for payroll processing.

Payroll Processing

Prepare monthly salary sheets, verify attendance and leave records, and ensure timely salary processing.

Stationery & Office Supplies Management

Monitor inventory levels, raise purchase requests, and ensure the availability of office stationery and essential supplies.

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with external service providers for Pest Control, Water Purifier maintenance, Computer AMC, and other facility-related services to ensure smooth office operations.

HRMS / Spine Software Management

Update and maintain employee data in Spine HR software, generate HR reports, and support payroll and attendance management through the system
