Job Description:

Level of education & Knowledge:
 BE / B.Tech / M.Tech Chemical Engineer in Chemical engineering or Science graduate from
recognized institute /university.
 Diploma/Post Diploma in Industrial safety from recognized institute.
 Diploma/ Post Diploma Environmental Technology & Management is preferable.
Experience in general:
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in management of SHE in chemical manufacturing industry,
preferably MAH unit with minimum 4 years at managerial position.
Technical skills:
 Technical knowledge on chemical plant operations, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Air pollution
Control system, fire safety & equipment’s, Industrial hygiene
 Thorough knowledge of Central & local regulation on Safety, Health & Environment.
 Liaison experience with statutory authorities in getting the project approvals, license to operate
(Consents , Environment clearances, License to store hazardous chemicals)
 Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001,14001, 45001
 Hazard identification Risk assessment & control, JSA, HAZOP, etc.
