Job Overview
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Tele-Sales Representative for a leading international SaaS company in the hospitality technology industry. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about outbound sales, lead generation, and building relationships with hotel decision-makers.
As a Tele-Sales Representative, you will engage with independent hotels, hotel groups, and boutique properties, introduce innovative hotel technology solutions, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to hotels and hospitality businesses across assigned regions.
- Introduce cloud-based hospitality software solutions in a consultative manner.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on their business requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and Revenue Managers.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call logs, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and demo bookings.
- Stay updated with hospitality technology trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong outbound cold-calling and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Comfortable using VoIP calling systems.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
