DATA ENTRY OPERATOR / PROCESS COORDINATOR – JOB DESCRIPTION (STEEL MANUFACTURING)

The Data Entry Operator / Process Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate production records, coordinating daily manufacturing activities, and ensuring timely data entry into ERP/MIS systems. The role involves preparing production reports, tracking inventory and dispatch records, coordinating with production, stores, quality, and dispatch teams, and maintaining documentation related to manufacturing processes. The candidate will verify production data, update work orders, monitor material movement, generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, ERP software, documentation, and communication skills is essential to support smooth plant operations and efficient process coordination.
