Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Operator with 1–4 years of experience in operating CNC and VMC machines. The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, set up machines, inspect components, and ensure production meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Perform machine setup, tool changing, and offset corrections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure production quality as per customer specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain production records and daily machine logs.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company quality standards.
