Backend Coordinator
Job Description:
Making daily calls to new customers & introducing Enkos, promoting our products & getting enquiry.
• Schedule meetings for our sales Team for personnel visits.
• Social media promotion of Enkos & various brands.
• Coordinate with various customers, suppliers, Enkos team & warehouse.
• Promote COLO on all platforms -- GOVT bids / private etc.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling inquiry & orders by phone.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Establish active communication and engagement with Enkos sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Managing pan India delivery (Address verification, documentation & POD submission)
• Meeting alignment with customer & supplier.
• Maintaining MIS report customer wise.
• Managing and executing sales and purchase related activities.
Other Details:
- Working Time: 09:30 am – 06:30 pm
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (4th Saturday will be off)
- Location: Andheri (E)
