Job Responsibilities

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing industrial equipment and crane systems while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for industrial equipment.
• Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Design and optimize EOT crane components, structures, and material handling systems.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and service teams for successful project execution.
• Evaluate design feasibility, structural integrity, and manufacturability.
• Select suitable engineering materials for fabrication and manufacturing.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation.
• Conduct design reviews and implement engineering improvements.
• Maintain revision history and documentation control for all engineering drawings.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in Design Engineering
• Experience in Heavy Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or EOT Crane Industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles
• Experience in fabrication drawings and manufacturing processes
