Reports To: Head – Sales & Marketing

Seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive growth through on-site client interactions and extensive travel. The role requires proactive client engagement, email responsiveness, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities: 

*Conduct on-site visits to potential clients, fostering relationships and showcasing our offerings.

• Travel frequently to industry events, trade shows, and meetings to expand our market presence.

• Maintain prompt and professional email communication with clients and team members.

• Provide insights to enhance marketing strategies and support in creating compelling materials.

• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations during client meetings.

• Develop tailored solutions based on client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage end-to-end order cycle, including quotation provision, order creation, diligent follow-up, dispatch coordination, ensuring seamless completion of client orders.

Basic Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textiles,Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B or industrial sales.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

• Adaptability to extensive travel requirements.

• Proficiency in email etiquette and timely responses
