Hiring: Recruitment and MIS Executive
📍 Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 7 PM 8Hrs| 🗓️ Mon–Fri (Weekends Off)
📅 Experience: 1+ Years (Preferably from Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Industry)

Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and consultancies
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening to assess basic fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panels.
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Issue offers letters, manage documentation, and support smooth onboarding handover to the HR operations team.
Coordinate with consultancies/vendors for bulk or niche hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate database and update applicant status in the ATS/Excel trackers.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers (open positions, pipeline status, offers, joiners, dropouts).
Prepare and circulate recruitment dashboards and reports for HR and management review.
Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, source-wise effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Maintain accurate employee/HR data in MIS systems and ensure data hygiene.
Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by HR leadership.
Support audits by maintaining organized recruitment documentation and records.
General HR Support
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and open positions.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
Support other HR operations or generalist tasks as assigned.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination and/or HR MIS reporting
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables,
- VLOOKUP, basic formulas); knowledge of MS
- PowerPoint for reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
