DISPATCH LOGISTICS & EXECUTIVE FOR PAINT MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and transporters for smooth order execution.
• Schedule vehicle loading, dispatch planning, and route coordination for efficient transportation.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
• Maintain dispatch registers, logistics records, inventory movement, and MIS reports.
• Verify dispatched materials against customer orders and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packing, loading, and material handling.
• Resolve logistics and transportation issues to minimize delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory transport regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, transporters, and internal departments regarding dispatch schedules.
• Candidates with experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or transportation management will be preferred.
