Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve organizational growth, operational excellence, and business objectives.
• Develop and implement corporate strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Oversee key business functions including operations, production, projects, finance, procurement, HR, and commercial activities.
• Drive business expansion, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, financial reports, and operational MIS to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, resource planning, cost optimization, and capital investment initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate long-term business plans and organizational strategies.
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate governance standards, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in strategic meetings, negotiations, and industry forums as required.
• Candidates with extensive leadership experience in steel manufacturing, heavy engineering, power, or large industrial organizations will be preferred.
