Job Description:

Position:    Mechanical Erection Engineer

Location:      Morol - Mumbai

Experience:   3 – 6 Year

Industries:    Chemical      

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical erection activities at the project site.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and erection procedures before execution.
• Ensure the proper installation of mechanical equipment, piping, steel structures, tanks, vessels, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and related systems.
• Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with construction, quality, safety, planning, and commissioning teams.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, tools, and equipment required for erection activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and company HSE policies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during erection and installation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain records of inspections, material usage, and completed work.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents
• Mechanical equipment installation.
• Piping and structural erection.
• HSE compliance.
• MS Excel.
• Site supervision. Material and resource management.

Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
